Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered that safe custody of seven missing people of Adila jail be ensured on Feb 13. It said that DG ISI and Military Intelligence were responsible for their safe custody and to implement court orders.
The court in its orders said court orders on missing persons’ case had not been implemented.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued notice to KPK governor Khalid Masood through chief secretary to present report regarding health condition of the remaining three detainees being kept in Parachinar.
Media reports said that two helicopters have reached Islamabad bringing all the detainees on the court orders in Islamabad. However the reports were not confirmed.
They said that arrangements have been finalized in the PIMS Hospital Islamabad to admit four detainees who have been under treatment in Lady Reading Hospital under agencies observation.
