Islamabad: Afghan President Hamid Karzai on Friday called on President Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N), Nawaz Sharif at Punjab House, Islamabad.
Both the leaders discussed matters related to Afghan trade, border issues and regional situation.
Earlier today, the Afghan president participated in trilateral summit on regional issues between Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran, at the President House.
Following a trilateral summit, the presidents of the three states pledged to step up cooperation for eradicating terrorism and militancy and said they would not allow “any threat emanating from their respective territories against each other”.
