Verdict reserved on FIA objections over Sehba Musharraf’s power of attorney

Rawalpindi: An anti-terrorism court on Saturday reserved its verdict on the Federal Investigation Agency’s objections over Sehba Musharraf power of attorney in seizure of former president Pervez Musharraf’s property in Benazir Bhutto murder case.
ATC judge Shahid Rafique was hearing a plea of Sehba Musharraf plea against its earlier verdict of declaring Musharraf absconder and ordering seizure of his property.
Usman Rashid, a manager of a private bank, told the court that the Musharraf’s account could not be frozen as it was opened on a trust name.
On court orders, record of Musharraf’s bank account was handed over to the FIA.
