Karachi: All the arrangements for Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) women’s public meeting at the Bagh-e-Jinnah near the Quaid-e-Azam’s mausoleum have been finalised.
The meeting, ‘Strong Pakistan — Empowered Women’, would be addressed by MQM chief Altaf Hussain via telephone.
MQM leaders claimed that the meeting would be the biggest in history. Party sources said that they had placed 100,000 chairs in the ground.
