Hungarians burning currency notes during cold weather

People across the world heat themselves through wood-burning or heater but Hungarians are burning original currency notes to keep themselves warm during clod weather.

The storey is that that the central bank in Hungary decided not to waste old and expired currency notes and donated them to several charities to keep the people warm they look after, by burning the notes. However, the notes were given in huge quantity after tearing.
