London: Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie ended up in tears following a standing ovation from the audience at a screening of her new movie “In The Land of Blood and Honey” in the Bosnian city of Sarajevo, report said.
The screening of the movie, written and directed by Jolie, took place in an auditorium of 5,000 Tuesday. The movie is about romance between a Serbian soldier and a Bosnian woman the 1990s war in the region, and the film has won acclaim from critics.
Jolie, who was accompanied to the premiere by her partner Brad Pitt, was greeted by applause and a standing ovation when she took to the stage after the screening.
She was overwhelmed and broke down in tears, reports contactmusic.com.
