Abdul Hafeez Sheikh briefs prime minister over financial situation

Islamabad: Dr Abdul Hafeez Sheikh, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Finance called on Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani and briefed him about the state of national economy.

 During the meeting here at the PM House the Advisor briefed him on continuing progress in key areas such as domestic tax collection that has registered 26% increase during the first half of the current financial year compared to the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
